How To Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at info@hotyogagoldcoast.com.au using the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - The Temple App".

Users can also delete their account directly in-app from Profile > Delete Account.

What Information We Delete

• Account profile information (name, email, login details)
• Booking and class attendance records linked to your account
• In-app account data associated with your user profile

Information We May Retain

We may retain limited data for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or security purposes, including:

• Transaction records required for tax and financial compliance
• Security and fraud prevention logs

Retained records are kept only as long as required by applicable law.

Deletion Timeline

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days of verifying account ownership.
