These terms cover class bookings, passes and memberships bought on the-temple.com.au and in The Temple app. The same account works in both.

The studio

Class times

All class times are Queensland time (AEST). Queensland does not observe daylight saving. If you are visiting from New South Wales or another state, the time on the schedule is the time the class starts at the studio.

Passes

A drop-in, class pack, intro offer, Recovery visit pack or Crèche pack is a one-off payment. The price, what it includes, and how long it lasts are shown before you pay. The intro offer is for new clients only, for 7 consecutive days.

Memberships

An unlimited membership is an ongoing charge, not a one-off class. Before you pay, the website shows the amount and how often it is taken (each week, each fortnight, or each month). That amount is then charged automatically to the card you use. Memberships have a 3 month minimum.

Paying for a membership is your agreement to that automatic charge. On the website this is the tick box on the payment screen. In the app it is the acknowledgement when you sign up.

Stopping a membership

A membership has a 3 month lock-in, and keeps billing through that time. After 3 months, message us on Instagram before the next charge to cancel. We can cancel earlier for special circumstances. Message us and tell us what has happened. Once a charge has been taken, that period is paid.

Receipts

A receipt will be emailed upon request. Message us on Instagram and we will send it.

Your account

Creating an account means you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Keep your login to yourself. The name on the account is the name we use at check-in.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The revised terms take effect when they are posted on this page, and the date at the top of the page will be amended accordingly. Continued use of the website or app, including booking a class, purchasing a pass, or maintaining a membership, constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
