Common Questions

What should I bring?
Please bring a yoga mat, a large towel to cover your mat, and a water bottle. We have mats and towels available for rent if you forget yours. Wear light, breathable clothing that you're comfortable sweating in.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Every class is open to all levels. Our teachers will offer modifications for beginners. The Hot 60 and Warm Yin classes are particularly great starting points. Just take it slow, listen to your body, and take breaks whenever you need.
How hot is the room?
Our room is heated using state-of-the-art radiant panels to approximately 38-42°C for Hot Yoga and around 35°C for Pilates. The heat is "clean" heat (no blowing hot air), which feels more like a warm summer day.
